DND Celebrated New Year with Business Partners
To celebrate the success of 2023 and welcome 2024, DND organized a grand Gala Dinner attended by President Ersin Tatar and distinguished guests.
DND, the leading force of innovative real estate projects, organized a magnificent VIP Gala Dinner at Limak Bafra Deluxe Hotel on December 8, 2023. The event, which marked a year full of successes and strategic partnerships achieved in a short time in Northern Cyprus after America, was held with the participation of approximately 650 distinguished guests.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu and President of the Turkish Cypriot Contractors Association Cafer Gürcafer also attended the night, which was honored with the participation of President Ersin Tatar. In his speech during the night, President Tatar said that he had met DND’s Founder Ozan Dökmecioğlu for about 30 years and that Dökmecioğlu had achieved great success because he was a very good financial person, and congratulated DND for the investment and employment power it brought to Northern Cyprus. . He also emphasized that a leader like Ozan Dökmecioğlu can always be trusted. During his speech, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Ataoğlu expressed his satisfaction with the knowledge, business experience and investment power that DND brought to his country after its success in America.
The program started with a dance show that fascinated the audience with its talented choreography. After DJ Haşim Volkan, the successful artist Ziynet Sali, who was admired with her stage energy and sincere attitude as well as her voice, won the great admiration of the guests.
DND’s Founder, Ozan Dökmecioğlu, shared the inspiration behind the initiative for Northern Cyprus in his welcome speech. Ozan Dökmecioğlu, a Turkish Cypriot born and raised in Famagusta, emphasized that he aimed to bring creative, unique and environmentally friendly design and construction techniques to his hometown, inspired by the success of the construction company in America, and said that they aimed to bring a new breath to the sector.
Dökmecioğlu emphasized the strategic partnership established with architect Aynur Zorba Gülol, who has extensive experience in the construction industry, and emphasized the rapid and significant progress achieved in a short time.
Referring to his investments and future goals in Northern Cyprus, Dökmecioğlu summarized ambitious plans in the real estate sector, including many large-scale housing projects, 5-star hotels, retirement homes, health tourism, beach clubs and hotels, and training facilities. These projects were highlighted as a significant contribution to the quality lifestyle that DND aims to offer.
